The questions are essential and are written in a way that gets your subconscious mind coming up with the answers. This means you’re actually answering the questions based on your core or true values that are important to you and your life. Not answering the question in a way your mates or anyone else apart from yourself want to hear.

Why does it work?

Most effective learning comes from self discovery. This means that you and your subconscious mind find the answers that are within you. There’s no-one telling you how to answer the question, and there’s no-one that’s going to give you a grade for whatever you come up with. Other than yourself that is and you are the most important person that can ever give you a grade.

Why isn’t this taught in schools?

That’s a very good question and one that we don’t yet have the answer for. Our aim is to get the HEROES MINDSET programme into the school curriculum and that’s exactly what we’re working towards. Give us 12 – 18 months and we’ll see what we can do there.
